As an important connector mold part in the mold, the quality of the punch pin affects the normal work of the mold. When working, the cemented carbide punch pin plays an important role in enhancing the strength of the thimble and preventing the deformation and bending of the thimble. According to the material, shape and use, the punches include SKD, SKH, ASP punches, guide punches, ejector punches, tooth punches, detection heads, hexagonal punches, oval needles, forming punches, fan-shaped punches , Special-shaped punches, high-speed steel punches and high-quality carbide punches. Among them, high-quality cemented carbide punches are also called tungsten carbide punches.

In the process of processing, the requirements for the punching needle are also relatively high, because when the punching needle is plastically deformed in the mold cavity, there will be violent friction with the surface of the cavity. If the punching needle is not wear-resistant, the production of inner hexagonal punch The first job is also difficult. Therefore, wear resistance is very important for punching needles. In our processing and production process, according to the different needs of our orders, the cemented carbide punches we use also have different shapes, and the holes are processed in batches. For example, computer cases are cold holes, and many electrical appliances, milling machines, and drilling machines can only process round holes. When punching, hundreds of holes can be processed at the same time. When working, the distance between the punch and the die is very close to the plum blossom punch. This is to prevent the punch from sticking to the die. This distance gap also depends on the thickness of the material. Thick materials require a large gap. In addition, this The gap also depends on the hardness of our workpiece.
